This is where you come for the most delicious and memorable turkey you will ever taste.
Our turkeys are raised from day 1 on organic grains, grown right here in the Hudson Valley. When they are large enough, usually around 9 weeks, they can start foraging out all day on our pastures enjoying the huge variety of plants and bugs that reside on our farm free from herbicides and pesticides.
Your turkey will be processed at a humane- and organic-certified slaughterhouse not far from our farm on the Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. Your Turkey will be FRESH NOT FROZEN when you collect it.
If a whole turkey is too big for your family, you could order your favorite turkey cuts to celebrate the holiday instead. We have bone-in or boneless breasts or thighs and we have drumsticks and party wings. Please note that cuts come frozen.
We regeneratively farm our land so that not only can we enjoy the most delicious and nutritious food but so that we can be good stewards of the land and local ecology for the generations that will follow us.
Turkeys are pre-order only and typically sell out by the end of October so we recommend ordering early!
