Planning your visit

Store Hours:

Tuesdays 10am-1pm

What to Expect:

This is the 2 acre home base of our working farm. If you plan to stroll around the farm and visit the animals you'll want practical farm shoes--that means closed toe, rubber boots are best!

Once you park, walk across the patio in front of the red building, follow the sign that points you down the stairs to the left of the greenhouse. The store is located underneath the greenhouse. Go right on in (we keep the door closed to keep out our wandering farm animals (like the barn cats and the occasional duck!).

On the home farm you'll meet the sheep in our show flock, goats, ducks, chickens, turkey(s), a pot-bellied pig named Felix and our Giant Angora rabbit named Bejamin (Big Ben!).

FAQ's

May I bring my dog?

While we love dogs, please leave your dog at home to keep your animal and ours safe.

Where is the main flock of sheep?

Our sheep come home for 3 months for lambing and then return to their grazing pastures. They spend the rest of their year a mile and a half down the road on town conservation land called McKeon Farm.

Can I also visit the main flock of sheep and llamas?

Yes you may visit them but you must stay on the footpath. Please do not approach the llamas as they are our guards, protecting our sheep from predators, and have a very important job for us. Please also do not touch any of our netting as it is electrified.  We recommend parking on the Old Stagecoach Road lot.

Where do I find the trail map?

There are sign posts along the trail in the fields to help you orientate yourself as well as to provide a guided tour. You can find the map of the trail here.

Where do you raise your pigs?

Our pigs are raised in Redding on a private property where the pigs are part of a larger regeneration project in conjunction with our sheep.
