Half Lamb Share
We proudly raise our sheep on regeneratively grazed pastures. They are a dual purpose breeds producing wool for our fine woolen products and their meat is known for being flavorful, sizable, but not overly fatty like some breeds. Our customers have repeatedly given great feedback about our product. The final price will be based on their hanging weight but in general a half share is about 25lb.
A $275 deposit will be charged at the time of reserving your lamb share. The remaining amount due, calculated based on actual weight, will be charged at the time of pickup.
We will reach out regarding delivery estimate via email after you have placed your order. Depending on the time of year, lamb shares can be a wait of up to 6 months but typically are less than that.
Your half lamb will come frozen, in vacuum-sealed packages of individual cuts.
The typical cuts included in a half lamb share are:
- 1 x boneless shoulder.
- (If you would like one to be bone-in please let us know!)
- Rib chops (8 ribs) - typically in packs of 4
- (If you would like 1 rack of ribs instead of Rib chops please let us know!)
- Loin chops (est. 8) -in packs of 4
- 1 x Leg either butterflied or boneless (please specify if you would like bone-in or have a boneless cut preference)
- 1 x pack of 2 shanks
- about 3lb of ground lamb
- Bag of bones
- Organs - typically heart, liver and kidneys.
- we do not include the head unless you request it.
